International Color Awards

I’ve had the great honour and surprise that I got 2 nominations in The International Color Awards 2018.

The awards, that are organised from Los Angeles and are open to worldwide professional photographers, are an excellent appreciation of work from some of the world’s best photographers. So to be included in some way is amazing.

The first image nominated was titled ‘Maria’ in the People category. The image was taken in East Timor of a woman named Maria who suffered from bipolar and was locked in her room by her family to stop her escaping and causing herself harm.

My second nomination came in the silhouette category which was taken on the Erg Chebbi sand dunes in Morocco.

Incredibly chuffed to have been included!
